To start you will need to follow the link supplied by your retailer or alternatively log in using the Log In button above.
Once logged in you can access the following features.
Access to all the order information we hold in respect of your order.
We hold personal name and address information in order for us to process your order as well as details required to make sure you receive your order at the correct location.
Tracking and parcel information including packaging, weights and dimensions, parcel company and detailed tracking information.
Environmental information which we use to calculate distance parcels travel and corresponding environmental details.
Photographic evidence of packed and labelled parcel before it leaves the warehouse.
Our system holds tracking and shipment information for your order.
Not all orders that leave our warehouse are tracked, this depends on the shipping option requested by our retailers which is usually linked in with their online stores and marketplaces.
For all order we can supply information regarding the shipping company and any relevant tracking links and tracking numbers.
Once an order has leftthe warehouse it may be possible to redirect the order.
In order for us to redirect a package time is of the essence, most orders are delivered next day so please contact us ASAP should you have a change of plan with your order, you can redirect your order if you will not be in when the delivery is due or you have made a mistake on the original order.
Redirection of an order is subject to confirmation by your retailer as well as the availability and notice available to the shipping company.
Are you unhappy with your purchase or ned to retrun an item?
You can return your item to the warehouse if you have agreed with your retailer that this is permitted, using our returns portal you can deal with the return in one simple form.
For some retailer's we can supply retrun postage as well as arranging a collection of the parcel from youyr original delivery address.
If your parcel has not arrived, you can contact our customer servie team for an update and after a period of time we can help make a claim for missing parcels.
Before making a claim it may be worthwhile cheking in safe places and with neighbours to make sure the parcel has not been left by the courier.
If the parcel is deemed missing we will make a claim on your behalf with the parcel company as well as relay information back to the merchant, please note all claims for missing parcels are logged with a missing parcels database that tracks fraudulent claims and multiple instances of lost parcel claims.
Our system has a database of all deliveries we make, this information is destroyed after 6 months and Amazon orders within 30 days of entering our system.
The information is used to pick and post your order as well as tracking it and ensuring it reaches you safely.
Once you have received your parcel, you can request all personal information regarding the parcel to be removed from our database.
